Passion fruit puree
AGROBAR passion fruit puree is made from the purple passion fruit variety, grown in Nghe An province and the central highlands of Vietnam. The fruits are harvested between April and July. The puree is made using the pulp, from which the juice is extracted. Passion fruit is truly a tropical fruit, as reflected in its memorable taste and aroma. It is a popular ingredient for cocktails, juices, lemonades, and teas.
