Sea buckthorn puree
The name of this plant perfectly describes its appearance — its berries grow very closely on the branches, as if covering them. Sea buckthorn has a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste, as well as a unique, distinctive aroma that faintly resembles pineapple. Because of this, sea buckthorn is sometimes called the northern or Siberian pineapple. Sea buckthorn puree is an excellent addition to tea.
